  • Welcome to the 25/26 school year!  We are so glad you’re here.

At the beginning of each school year, I like to remind families that children are experiencing a lot of new things and trying their best all day long. They are likely to have a lot of big feelings to work through when they get home or when they get ready for school in the morning.  This is known as “after-school restraint collapse”.  This is very common and will fade as they adjust to school.

If you'd like any support, please reach out to myself or your child’s teacher to help navigate these changes and feelings.  We are here to help!  Our Learning and Behavior Specialist Ms. Sam will be circulating to support students through tough moments as well.

Throughout the year, many opportunities to volunteer and support both the PVMS community and our larger community.  As a non-profit school, philanthropy makes a huge difference for us and is so rewarding.  Please keep an eye out for ways you can become involved and reach out with any other ideas you have.

Thank you for trusting us with your children, we are honored to do this work.

Here’s to a great school year!

  • We are overjoyed to announce that we have not one, but TWO new leaders for our PCO. Thank you Lucila Santana and Cassy Waterhouse for volunteering to lead this wonderful part of our community!

Interested in joining the PCO? We’d love to have you!

We cannot express enough how grateful we are to those who have shown interest in joining our Board of Trustees!

Join us at the Community Dinner/ Annual Meeting on 9/10 to officially welcome and vote in our new members—be a part of something truly special at PVMS!

  • We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we navigate the construction of our new building. Thank you for working with us as routines adjust—we know these transitions can be an extra lift for families, and your support helps everything run smoothly.

    A few reminders for drop-off and pick-up:

    • Lower & Upper Elementary: Drop-off at the backyard gate; pick-up in the driveway. Please walk your elementary children to the gate during construction.

    • Children’s House South & North: Drop-off at the double doors. Pick-up for North is at the double doors; for South, use the single door next to the double doors.

    • Children’s House East: Drop-off at the door at the top of the front ramp; pick-up at the double doors at the bottom of the ramp.

    • Toddler Program: Drop-off and pick-up at the toddler classroom. The four marked “Toddler Parking” spots are reserved for toddler families only.

Please note: If we need to adjust drop-off or pick-up locations due to construction or weather, we will inform families right away.
