Admission Procedures

  • Schedule an appointment to tour the school, observe classrooms and meet the Head of School.

  • Submit an application and a non-refundable fee. Upon receipt of your application and fee, we will open an admissions file for your child. If your child is currently attending school, we will also require a Release of Records form. This form gives PVMS permission to obtain information from your child's current school.

  • If you are applying for financial aid, please indicate so on the application. The appropriate forms will be mailed to you. The application for mailing financial aid forms to the school is March 1st. Financial aid decisions will be made by mid-April.

  • Elementary children are required to spend a day in the classroom that he is eligible to enter. Preschool children will meet with their teacher just before school begins in the fall.

  • Families accepted to the school must secure enrollment for the fall by returning the enrollment contract within two weeks.

    PVMS encourages families of all races, creeds, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status, sexual orientation, national/ethnic origins and disabilities to join us.

    October until March: Prospective parent visits

    All School OPEN HOUSE Thursday, January 21, 2010 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

    Jan 28: Re-enrollments due from current families

    February 1: New applicants begin to be accepted

    March 1: New applicant enrollment contract return date

    March 1: Deadline for applying for financial aid

    April 15: Financial aid grants offered
